This item is a Vintage 1940's Ice Cap. It was made by the Seamless Rubber Company of New Haven, Connecticut. It is used, but from the condition was not used extensively. Older style packaging. This Ice Cap came from my wife's family home and believe always in their possession. It had the tissue inside when we found it. It is not dried out or damaged.
