Scarce Interesting Original WW2 US Welch Allyn Otoscope — Unit Marked

Offered is an original World War Two era United States Military Welch Allyn otoscope and accessories, together with its original box. This interesting set is offered exactly as pictured and, quite desirably, the box is unit marked on its top. I am about as far as you can get from an expert on unit markings, so I am unable to identify the unit. I have not tested this for functionality and I am selling it as a collectible only.
