Vintage early 1930s Patent Electric Medical Vaporizer

Vintage early 1930s Patent Electric Medical Vaporizer. Pre owned item appears to be in good (vintage) condition with no noticed cracks, chips or flaws. Some definite rust on metal parts of vaporizer, as expected, but would think could still possibly be functional. Selling as parts as this is not tested or confirmed to be in “working” order. Plate on front indicates patent issued for this item in 1930s. Additional markings are on bottom of glass- unsure of what they indicate or if they are related to the vaporizer.
