Vintage Electresteem B-1200 Vaporizer Humidifier 1940’s 1950’s

Vintage Electresteem B-1200 Vaporizer Humidifier Appliance 1940’s 1950’s. Beautiful vintage condition. Whoever owned and used this took good care of it and stored it carefully in it’s box with the cardboard inserts. In original box with purchase receipt. Green glass reservoir is in excellent shape. No chips or scratches. Original plastic strips wrapped around the metal stand handles are in perfect shape. Metal stand has some darker marks on the bars that are underneath the reservoir, but otherwise smooth, bright, no pitting or corrosion. Bottom part of heating unit that is submerged has some lime/calcium buildup on it. Small insulated plate at bottom of heating unit has a crack (see pictures) Doesn’t heat up when plugged in, would need rewiring for practical use.
